As a patient, fun, and encouraging mother of two, she is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and play. Andria values outdoor activities and creative expression through art and music, believing that the best learning happens when it’s enjoyable. She is committed to supporting children’s holistic development across cognitive, physical, emotional, and social domains.

Gagandeep Singh is a proud member of the team at Splash Child Care. In his role, he supports children’s growth and development through a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that encourage learning, creativity, and fun. He is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Gagandeep also ensures that children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being are always a top priority.

Hello hello! My name is Nina and I am a Child Care Assistant here at S.P.L.A.S.H.! I also work as an Educational Assistant and run recreation and leisure programs for children and youth. I love providing learning opportunities through fun, hands-on activities! I’m very passionate about helping others learn and live a life full of choices, independence, respect, and dignity. I look forward to working with your loved one! Outside my work life, I love travelling the world and exploring new restaurants and cafes around the city.

Hi My name is Rhea. I have been working in child care centre settings since 2017. I am very thankful and grateful to be part of this amazing team of SPLASH. I am looking forward to creating more exciting fun and memories with all the children, families and educators. Outside my work I love spending time with my family and zumba classes with my friends.

Taylor Spiritchild

Early Childhood Educator II / Forest School Practitioner

With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, I have been dedicated to supporting children’s growth and development since 2001. I became a certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE II) in 2012, and since joining Splash in 2014, I’ve embraced a variety of dynamic roles—including Nursery School Educator, Community Garden Lead, and facilitator in both Forest and Urban Forest School programs during summer sessions.

My passion lies in outdoor education and connecting children to nature. I recently completed the Forest School Practitioner course through the Child and Nature Alliance of Canada, deepening my commitment to experiential, nature-based learning. I find great joy in gardening, being outdoors, and sharing these meaningful experiences with children, their families, and the wider community.

I am a lifelong learner, continuously evolving my practice to inspire curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning in every child I work with.

I am truly passionate about making a positive impact on each child’s development and am excited to continue contributing to their unique journeys.
