Angelyn Hernandez

Angelyn Hernandez has worked in both centres. She is a proud mom of a smart little man. She joined the childcare field because she has always been wanted to be a teacher from a young age. She loves to cook and bake on her free time. She also enjoys scrap booking and art. She loves singing with her son and to the children. Working with the children has taught her many things. Seeing the children learn new things and grow is her passion. Witnessing them exploring unfamiliar things and solve their problems has always mesmerized her in many ways. Working with the children taught her to understand and embrace her patience. She is always looking forward for a new challenge and adventure with the children. 

Fatema Begum

Fatema is originally from Bangladesh. She moved to Canada in July 2022. She is  here on a work placement known as the Elmwood Youth Employment Experience through the Elmwood Community Resource Centre. She loves gardening, listening to music, and reading novels in her leisure time. She has experience working with children as she worked as a volunteer in BRAC (Bangladesh Rehabilitation Assistance Committee) She has completed her Masters of Business Administration as well as a child care course from CMWI (Canadian Muslim Women’s Institute) She plans to continue her education and enrol in the Early Childhood Education program as working with children is what she enjoys so much.

Justine Dunsford

Justine has been with Splash Child Care Inc. since July 2022. Her interests include basketball, animals, and working with children. She has experience as a coach for Basketball teams, as well has experience in working with children at different children’s camps. She currently attends the University of Winnipeg where she is studying Psychology. She plans to continue her journey of studies and enrol in Pre-Veterinary medicine. She is happy that her school schedule allows her to come in and spend time with the children on inservice days and school breaks.

Juzel Landers

Juzel started working for S.P.L.A.S.H. Child Care since October 2021. She is very excited to be spending her day with your children and all of their energy. Juzel comes from a big family. She has 13 siblings and is a middle child. Her favorite interests include spending time with her niece, being outdoor, finding adventurous things to do. She also enjoys crafting on her spare time.

Kiara Anderson

Kiara has started working at S.P.L.A.S.H Child Care Inc. in April 2022. She is the oldest of 3 siblings and 4 half siblings. She loves being outdoors, painting, doing crafts, and learning about her culture & language. She enjoys the little things in life and aspires to see the world and is very excited to see the children grow and influence them as they can do anything! She is excited to see the children grow and help them reach their potential.

Lynn Everett

Lynn has been here at Splash since June 2022. She is a recent graduate from Urban Circle Training Centre where she was enrolled in the Educational Assistant program. She loves opportunities to expand her experience  working with children of all ages. She has experience working with students as a volleyball coach as well as experience in child minding. She is excited to get to know the children, families, and team here at Splash and to educate herself on our learning through play experiences , and nature based curriculum.

Taylor Spiritchild

Taylor is a big kid at heart. She has been working in Childcare since 2000, and graduated from Red River College in 2012 with her ECE II diploma. Taylor started working at Splash Child Enrichment Centre in 2015. She has since moved on to S.P.L.A.S.H. Child Care Inc. and continues to love every minute of it.
